What is Smackdown?
Imagine a stage/boxing ring. Three top Silicon Valley VC’s will sit on the left, three top tech press will sit on the right. Selected startups will have one minute to pitch their company, and score cards will be held up all around. Highest score on one side will debate the lowest score on the other. Press vs. VCs. Quickly learn how your company holds up and what the judges take away as your value prop. This could hurt, or this could literally be a multi-million dollar minute.

RULES:
*Only conference attendees are eligible to to pitch at the Startup/Smackdown.
*Competing startups will be announced at the start of the pitch session therefore, startups MUST be in the room – you snooze, you lose!
*One representative from each company is allowed to present
*Presenters have 1 minute to pitch to the judges
*Four winning companies will get to pitch on the main stage for the FINAL SMACKDOWN at the end of the day!
