With the rebranding and new ‘StartSmart’ team, StartupSeattle ventures on and continues its outreach to the startup community and launches a Job Board. What better way to facilitate relationships and educate individuals about the startup community here in Seattle than highlighting the multitude of opportunity that exists right here in our very own backyard? With the official launch of the Startup Job Board on Friday, we hope to solve the unemployment rate here in Seattle. Even though we have a new name, our mission remains as we constantly strive to think of ways to encourage new talent.

The job listings will go across all channels-email, our website and social media, we want everyone to know that there is opportunity here, you just have to want it. Featured listings are $200 for 30 days, and standard listings are $100 for 30 days. Startups will be privy to a coupon code- ‘imastartup’ for 25% off the listing price.

Several companies have already found a home on the Job Board and have submitted their listings. Featured job listings include Uber, LikeBright, Glympse, EveryMove, Cheezburger, SEOmoz and Twilio. We hope to be the number one source for job opportunities in the Greater Seattle Area and become the hub of the city’s technology activities.
